Position: Site Manager | Morning & Night 2 shifts available
Pay Rate: $25/hour
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Site Manager for a government entity focused on public health efforts. This leadership role presents an opportunity to directly impact public health initiatives and oversee critical operations within a quarantine facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Duty Officers and Security Personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and resource deployment.
• Maintain a secure and sanitary environment to safeguard the health of guests and staff.
• Facilitate clear communication between the government entity and the team.
• Address guest concerns promptly and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to public health protocols.
• Resolve conflicts or incidents to maintain a calm environment.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience demonstrating effective leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or public safety settings is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
